Terms and Conditions

  • Check-out time at 12:00 and check-in time at 14:00.
  • Maximum capacity for each bedroom is 4 person for two bedroom private villas and 2 person for rama,sita or bima studio room.
  • Additional person (adult) will be charged at IDR. 1.000.000 net/week and IDR. 3.000.000 net/month (including extra bed).
  • Children under 6 years old are free, while those of 6 to 12 years will be charged  at IDR. 1.000.000 net/week and IDR. 3.000.000 net/month (including extra bed).
  • All rates are quoted in IDR include 10% Government tax.
  • All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
ADDITIONAL SURCHARGE:
  • Additional rates for deluxe studio room weekly IDR. 500.000 net/week and IDR. 2.000.000 net/month, Two bedroom villa weekly IDR. 1.000.000 net/week and IDR. 5.000.000 net/month valid for high season from July, August, October, December, January.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • All payment will scorched if the cancelation were made.
PAYMENT:
  • A full payment will receive by cash, local bank transfer or paypal (paypal will add an additional charge 10% in every transaction).
  • Payment by paypal is calculated based on the villas  prevailing rate at the day of processing the payment. Differences in personal statement balance can occur and are caused by fluctuation with the Indonesian rupiah and Bank processing time. THE ADNYANA VILLAS can not be held responsible for these differences.
DAMAGES, BREAKAGES OR LOSSES:
  • Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. THE ADNYANA Villas reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
ANY ISSUE DURING YOUR STAY:
  • We are very concern to your convenience during your stay, and every case of issue we will fix it as soon as possible. we are real balinese ownership that run as balinese life daily, let us know if there any issue during your stay and we will resolve it as soon as possible. If the trouble comes late at night, its better for us to fix on the day time or in the morning.
